Privacy policy for vitaimo.app
Version of 16 October 2026.
This policy covers only the vitaimo.app website and the waitlist. The Vitaimo app will have its own policy, published together with the app.
- Who is responsible for your data. Oleksandr Marchenko, the developer of Vitaimo. Email: support@vitaimo.app.
- What we collect. When you join the waitlist: your email; who you are (family member, care organization or other); your country and, if you give them, the country where the tablet will be, who the tablet is for (an older relative, a child or another loved one) and the kind of phone you have (Android or iPhone); the page language; the tag of the link you came from (for example, fb-ua-de); and the time of sign-up.
- Why. To email you once, in the language of the page, when Vitaimo is out. And to understand who is waiting for the app (family members or care organizations), from which countries and with which phones, who the tablet is for and which links brought them — we only count this in aggregate.
- Legal basis. Your consent — the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time: write to support@vitaimo.app and we'll delete your sign-up.
- How long we keep it. Until Vitaimo is released and for 3 months after that; then sign-ups are deleted. There is one launch email and no other mailings.
- Site log. The server logs page requests: the page address, the time, your browser and the site you came from. IP addresses are not logged. The log is kept for up to 90 days and is used to count visits by link tag. Your IP address is used only in the server's memory to limit too-frequent sign-ups and is not stored.
- Cookies and analytics. The site uses no cookies, no visitor counters and no third-party scripts.
- Who else sees the data. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. The site and sign-ups are stored on a server of the hosting provider netcup GmbH (Germany) in a data center in Nuremberg, in the EU. netcup processes them only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), and uses companies of its Anexia group in the EU for this. Backup copies are kept there and on the developer's computer outside the EU. Email sent to support@vitaimo.app passes through Cloudflare and arrives in Gmail. To send the launch email we may use an email service, which will receive only your email address.
- Your rights. You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@vitaimo.app — we'll reply within one month. If you believe we're violating your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
- Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the version date.
